Used FatLoss4Idiots diet and lost 7 llbs easily.

Links back to a great website http://www.dietreviewstop10.com that gives you lots of free stuff, diets, ebooks on weight loss and fitness training, as well reviews of 10 popular diets ranked by effort. This is the first website where the effort needed to do these diets is taken into account.

Now that i have lost a bit of weight I may try one of the fitness weight loss guides as well.

Hi I am new to this blogging, here goes.

Seen these diets a number of times, but this is the first time I have seen them ordered by effort.

As I prefer to train and lose weight but have little time on my hands, Fat burning Furnace is the obvious choice.

Hi this Yian again

In the end I went for the Fat loss 4 Idiots.

its’s brilliant, chose the food I liked and away you go, no excersise required.

Suprisingly it’s working lost lost 7 lbs in three weeks, would have lost more if I had not cheated wih the coke a couple of times.

I am determined to do this need to lose another 7 lbs at least.

Update you soon after I have done this a while longer.
